- Raw material dimention purchased is controlled ±2 micron in the drawing
process at manufacturer issued by manufacturer.
- Material Quality at here is belonged to the inspection report and raw material
inspection certificate.

The first product inspection
|
- The first product dimension just after set up (change product) is inspected
and is recorded for the control.
- The first product passed for dimensional inspection is put thr Rot number
on the product by sticker and is recorded

Inspection in the Process
|
- During production Dimensional inspection is done onece a day and record
it.
- During production appearance inspection is done twice aday by micro scope
and naked eye, then record it. (inspection timing is just after start production
and just before stop production, quantity will be 400pcs.)

Daily Production report
|
- Daily production quantity is recorded for production record.Categories
of production record are Size, Rot No., Material Rot No., and production
Quantity Quality control is belomged to each Rot Number.

Final Inspection
|
- Final inspection for products is done just before packaging and judge OK
or NG then record it.

Packaging for shipping
|
- Counting of product is converted to the weight, so products are weighed
by micro balance, then paced in to plastic bag with specified weight and
pack is seald .
- Packing and Shipping is done after the order taken.
