What case is the COL-SERT available for?
The male screw (bolt) can be replaced when it has been damaged, but female screw (screw in the hole) can't be changed easily. As this case the COLSERT is needed to be reclaimed or/and to be reinforced.
Also the screw in the hole on the light alloys or soft metel will be fatigued or be damaged in due repeatable use. In this case it must be planned to be installed the COLSERT at the stage of the screw made.

  • Coil Insert is made from radical line metal string (high quality of stainless steel = code SUS 304) which is reformed dimond shape and it is formed as screw coil for reinforce screw in the hole of light alloy metal and plastics, such as the air plain parts and also car parts.
  • The material string is formed for 60 degree diamond shape line wire and its material is fine polished surface of SUS 304
  • COLSERT is look as spiral coil and has a streight part called tang to be used for screw in it to the screw hole with provided an inserting tool.
  • There is a notch cross to the tang which for crack off the tang after COLSERT is inserted and reached to the position.
